Customers who bought a Mac-only license before 5 May 2021 have a Personal Workspace. This feature, formally called Sketch Cloud, came with your Mac-only license account. It is a space where you could store and share documents.
It is possible to upgrade a Personal Workspace to a fully-featured Sketch subscription. To proceed with an upgrade, please follow the below steps:
- Go to Sketch, log in with your email and password combination and switch to ‘My Workspace’ in the top-left corner.
- On the top of the left sidebar, click on Upgrade to open the Upgrade Personal Workspace page.
- Select a billing plan and insert your billing details.
Note: You will get a free 30-day trial period once the upgrade is done, and your billing cycle will start when the trial ends.
