How do I reactivate my account?

If you have cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate it, you can do so in the web app. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Sketch, log in as an Admin or Finance user and switch to your Workspace in the top-left corner — make sure your Workspace name is showing.
  2. On the bottom of the left sidebar, click on Settings > Billing to open the Billing page.
  3. Next to the Payment Method, click on the Edit button, you will then be able to add a new credit card.

Note: Even if the current details are the same, you’ll need to insert them again to complete the reactivation process. Please reach out to us if you need to reduce the number of Editor seats before reactivating.

If you deleted your account, we won’t be able to reactivate it.
