How do I reactivate my account?

If you have cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate it, you can do so in the web app. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Sketch, sign in as an Admin or Finance user and switch to your Workspace in the top-left corner. Make sure you select the Workspace you want to reactivate.
  2. On the bottom left of the sidebar, click on Settings > Billing.
  3. Click on the Subscribe button.
  4. Select your billing plan and adjust the number of Editors as necessary.
  5. Click on Continue to Billing Details, enter your billing details, and finish off by clicking Confirm the Payment.

Keep in mind that if you deleted your Workspace long ago, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please get in touch with our Support team, who will gladly check for you.
