What access do I have as a Partner?

As an official Partner, you can access an exclusive and dedicated dashboard for purchases; this dashboard is separate from your client’s accounts. A Partner will be able to perform the following actions within the Partner Platform:

  • Schedule seat changes
  • Add empty seats
  • Access to completed invoices

Please ensure the client has added you as a Partner within their account setting. This action is required to provide your Partner Platform.

Accounts that are using a Partner will not have visibility to related billing information. All billing details and invoices will only be available within the Partner Platform.
